One thing holding me back also is my chemical sensitivity and pray the Lord will guide me in this new avenue of possible healing. Have a great day Aunt Bean

hi AB
I've just come across a bunch of information about pine pollen- it is adaptogenic and deeply nutritional...I think this would be a great medicine for me as herbs healing abilities are as potent as ones appreciation for them and I dearly love the pine trees! Heres some links:

Notes:
The tincture will increase the androgens and should only be used by older people who are experiencing decreased hormonal levels, but the powder is very mild in this respect and can be used in young people as its hormonal effect is very mild. Avoid it if you have pine allergy or start with a very low dose and increase over months to desensitize. A small dose to start would be only a couple of grains of pollen. Pycogenol cured my upper respiratory mountain cedar allergies so I have every reason to think that pine pollen in small dosage over time could cure pine allergy.
