Default newly diginosed small fiber neuropathy have questions

After many many years of doctors, er trips, sleepless nights, and so much more, I finally have been diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. I remember having these pains in my legs when I was 12. Oh there just growing pains, they'll go away, only they didn't. I've been through so many sleepless nights of pain in my legs, which a eventually also turned into restless leg syndome in my legs, arms, and pubic area. I kept getting tested by neuros for large fiber with nothing wrong. Most doctors made me fill like it was in my head. The last two years it has gotten severe. I finally was able to talk my family doc into pain pills cause I couldn't take it anymore. Also, in Indiana you have to sign a contract for the pain pills. Well I did break the contract took more than I was suppose, ran out too early, but I was in so much pain, nothing was helping. After that I just got treated like a drug addict even after the zillion trips I made for my pain. Finally I new neuro did a biopsy and found it but refuse to give pain pills, or other meds. Sent me to a Chicago pain clinic,;which was awesome, but went there and they wanted me to come 5 days a week 8 hours a day for therpy, i live 3 hours away. So no help. Back to family doc. Finally got sent to a pain clinic. Have had steroid injections, nerve blocks. I do have a bulging disc but that is not painful to me. None of the treatments have worked. Have been on Lyrica, Gamapentin, norco 10/325 and now percocet. Did vein ultrasound, havent got doctors opinion on that yet, but the lady that did it said it look good. Have had sugar test, and other blood work. All with negatives. Pain keeps increases, and pain meds keep getting higher. I was diginosed in Feb 2014. Does it get better. What am i gonna do when i reach the highest pain meds possible with no relieve or why i have this. Pain is so severe. I cry almost every night. Is there anything that anyone has found that causes this.
