The PT guy I had was real good, but the excersizes were rough. He told me that after 3 months there was zero improvement so he wanted to work different muscle groups. That was a bad mistake!
After only 4 reps of zero weight my shoulder started to hurt. Since then RSD has spread throughout my body. It was all in the leg until then.
Then the doc said nuthin wrong in shoulder, 2 weeks later she dropped me as a patient. Couldnt ever prove she did it for that reason though
So I hear ya about PT!
