Hello Sloth,
I'm glad your surgery is behind you, and that you fared well. I know it was a concern for you. The Darvocet isn't very strong. We use it quite often after minor surgical procedures for post-operative pain. You may have felt as if it may have been helping your MS sx's because it was making you a bit loopy.

I don't believe there are any type of anti-inflammatory properties in Darvocet. Your sx's may be increasing because of your surgery or you may be more aware of them now because you weren't aware of them for a few days.

Get some extra rest, as you did just have surgery, and hopefully things will quiet back down to where they were before the surgery.
