Hello to Admin, Moderators & Members,
My name is Oxford, 24, physically healthy as of the moment. But the past winter had a minor depression & allergy due to weather and stressful life.
Recently, I've experimented changing my diets like avoiding sweets; carbs (grains, wheat, rice, bread); fish; dairy products except plain yogurt. To my amazement, I really felt better now.
Basically, my diet plan involves a tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with a glass of water before breakfast and after I go to bed. ACV has a lot of benefits in our body, you can Google that...As for my meal is like 50% green organic leafy veggies, 40% fruits and 10% seeds.
I've introduced this diet to my grandpa who is 78 yrs old who had a slight dementia. He told me that after his diet was changed, he felt better and he had no more episode of agitation.
I joined this forum to get update on neuro diseases especially on Alzheimer's as well as steps to prevent from getting this disease later on life.
