I was really sideswiped. Around the 6 month period I thought this was all done and adios! Then along came anxiety/panic and insomnia.

What a surprise the last 3 months have been. The good news is that it is starting to turn around. I started back to work last week...2 days of 1/2 day work. My work is 22 miles from the house and that has been the big problem, just haven't been able to be in a car that long and get bounced around.

I may be slow but I am learning to manage some of what is going on and figuring out what triggers the storms.
