i know that ala is given intravenously in germany to treat diabetic pn. i googled it & there are 2 sites (among many) which discuss it in some depth. one is the univ of maryland & the other is memorial sloan kettering cancer center. i would love to try it since it has a good track record in germany & seems to be a standard rx for diabetes. i don't know any docs who use it in nyc but i'm going to ask around.

please keep us updated if you are treated with it & i will post any info i find.
