Default I loved the 'signs you've over done'....

Parts....after 30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE? Hah....with some things I'm lucky to do five or ten before having pay-backs...

Goodness, folks...Did someone read all my posts and 're-write' them?

But it's all been proven, tested, re-tested, pedigreed and certified...Do it right and start out slow and add a couple extras each day and you can do a couple dozen reps of any boring exercise in 2 weeks! If I the complete athletic dunce can do them...anyone can.


Put me on a horse, well, it's a different matter - There I can do, unless the creature is a real dunce!

Go wiggle those: toes, feet, ankles, wrists, backs all of it...but, gently!

Good article tho...
