I have this and had it really severely during the worst period of my RSD when it was spreading throughout my whole body and I was in a wheelchair unable to walk or stand at all. It continues to happen...though now it only happens with really bad flare ups. I was able to control this symptom with the use of clonidine patches. The doctors explained to me that blood pressure is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system...which is what malfunctions with RSD. The blurred vision and double vision were a symptom of my blood pressure spiking and dropping haphazardly. With the clonidine patches, my blood pressure was under control and the blurred vision and double vision decreased to a minimum and now only occurs with flare ups. I no longer use the clonidine patches since getting pregnant and having my baby (breastfeeding) and the blurred vision and double vision has increased slightly...but not to the levels it was prior to using the clonidine patches.
