Hey all, I haven't posted in a while, my dragon dictate is not working. Lately I have started accupucture treatment, had 2 sessions. I feel much, much bettter in terms that I don't feel so tight, rigidity is a lot less. Even my off times are not so bothersome. The one thing that I have noticed is that I feel looser overall but now my legs, don't seem to want to move. I feel very weak in the legs. I don't know what to attribute it to. There have been no other changes to my routine. I can move them but it's not like before. IDK????
