I too have ruined nails beds because of this.so I can relate completely. although it has been years since I was a 10 fingers bandaid. My girlfriend just started taking lexapro for her obcessive thoughts. She is not bipolar but the one who is depressed and anxious and in a day treament program 5 days a week. not sure if it is a good fit or not. this is her 3rd day.
