Nick,

Are you talking about the type of Homeopathic medicine where ever decreasing strengths of the infusion is supposed to give greater effect? Or Natural remedies?
As a severe TN sufferer who also has parasthesia caused by a knot of arteries around my trigeminal nerve and suffers from Neurological Hypersensitivity full body with Allodynia, I would be loathe to try ANYTHING not prescribed by my Neurologist or - especially - Pain Consultant who is a practising Anaesthetist.
Too much can go wrong with one of the most sensitive nerves in the body to risk staying in, or increasing, pain.
I feel for you having an hypersensitive nerve, and hope you find the treatment you need to make it bearable.

Dave.
