I am sorry to read about your possible hemiplegic migraines.
I suggest that you see your GP - s/he will be able to arrange for a full clinical investigation, which could involve a specialist neurologist.
Depending on the results of that, your GP/the neurologist might recommend medication - anticonvulsants, calcium channel blockers and triptans can help people who have hemiplegic migraines.
