I was wondering if anybody had an spinal epidural done after having back surgery?

I had a laminectomy with fusion at L4L5 done last November. My upper spine, the thoracic T4-5 have been giving me a lot of pain lately. I feel it is from the surgery, considering the upper spine now takes on the load.

Can steroids harm the fusion, is what I am asking.
