I think I really need to resume my therapy sessions but I'm afraid it's just not going to help anyways.

Today my husband had a tooth implant so I had to drive him back from the clinic. After 20 minutes of driving all the muscles in my neck and shoulder were shot which resulted in a painful day. I'm not used to having pain every day anymore so it made me really upset. Not necessarily the pain itself, but the fact that such a simple task as driving can cripple me. I also got nostalgic about dental assisting as I saw everyone working away and it made me wonder if I will ever be in the working force again.

I know it's early and I'm impatient but I can't help how I feel. Sorry about the rant.
