I gave up on PT many years ago. My last attempt was at the insistence of the ins co.. But when the idiot decided that 1/2 the time I spent in therapy was to be done walking in a sand pit (I lived in Ocean Beach, for heck's sake, sand is FREE) I just gave up. It always hurt worse after a session, anyway. I was better off walking the beach at home every night, collecting shells, instead of spending several hours on buses and in "therapy".
