regular dosages better or not?
hi there, quick one re supplement taking - i have been regulating mine generally - ie krill oil one with breakfast/one with supper, curcumin (3 caps is RDA on pack) one with each meal, D3 at night cos i heard that's it better absorbed with evening meal etc.
Is this the right thing to be doing or better to take all in morning/in one go do people think?
