Dang it all. My arm is hurting....a lot, and always. Beginning to disrupt my sleep. Gosh, I hoped that last go at fusion would relieve the nerve bundle to my right arm. It is just barely a year....

Work is good. Enjoying life. It feels good to be helpful. Yet, right now I am doing some counseling to help with the anger from disappointment, loss, pain ..... And NO I am not thinking those awful dark thoughts anymore.
