jeff and I went for a walk around the neighborhood for about 40 minutes, at least 2 miles. I layered clothes on and my ears got cold until I warmed up. It was not cold, somewhere between 55 and 60 at 7pm.
Brewskis the bar that is 2 blocks from our house closed.
No more temptation there.

Bizi,
Reading your posts; reminds me of my trying to quit smoking. I would last around 17 days; don't know why 17 and then felt like the men with the "white coats" were about to come for me. I would enviably give in.
Sometimes it is still hard to believe I have been nicotine free for many years now; but the urge still comes back when I least expect it.
Glad you keep giving yourself breaks from drinking and don't give up. Tho different; in so many ways I can relate. It's not easy.
