My intro
I was diagnosed with type II diabetes about 15 years ago. I am 51 years young. Four years ago, I started experiencing a sort of numbness in my feet which was followed by intense and unbearable shooting/stabbing pain in my feet.
Currently, I can't stand, walk, sit, or lie down for more than just a few minutes without having unbearable pain below my knees. I can't get enough sleep and I am constantly in a stupor. I have had to quit working, the pain is so bad. I have no source of income other than my life's savings which are diminishing very quickly.
I found this site by searching for information on neuoropathy.
I've never shared this information with anyone. I've not wanted anyone to know for some reason. I feel disabled and I don't know what to do about it.
