Default Pressure in Ears/Head working out -- Neck?

Hey guys ,

Again I turn to you guys when the experts fail to give me answers, and or say I am making it up!

I was working out today (at Physio) and decided to push myself to test, as another Dr had deemed that my ongoing issues are not due to my head injury, while in the process of doing this I had to pop my ears constantly, I live in a Climate with many pressure changes, and have headaches due to that post accident, but I felt like as I worked harder I honestly could have burst an eardrum or something worse. Has anyone else experienced this, I have not up to this point, but it did help with the self doubt you feel after someone says its not related.

As well, I am trying to give benefit of doubt to new information, or opinions that say it may not be head related, can my neck be causing the Cognitive dysfunction, I do not care what any tests say I am operating at a lower, far lower capacity for stress, new information, remembering, etc etc .. but its a hard thing to wrap your mind around that maybe it is something else? anyways all opinions are welcome!
