I joined an on line support group called Smart recovery, like AA with out the religious slant. They used to have face to face meetings here in laf. but no longer have them. I copied it here if you are interested. The smart has a chat room 24/7 which I have found very helpful....but am spending too much time on-line....my weight was up to 160. I had stopped seeing Susan Shirly but will now see her again this friday then weekly til march 1st when our insurance changes, then I will have a $4,000 deductible and can't afford to see her.
