I am 19 (20 in 2 weeks) and I have been dealing with tremors for about a year now. It is really frustrating and mine developed about the same way, first in my right hand, then my left, and the increasing up my arms with internal like tremors. My arms and hands become very fatigued and my shoulders and body ache too. I do not know if this is because of the tremors or something else, but I have found that heat works well sometimes for my sore shoulders and I place a heating pad on my back to help with the pain.

She is now complaining of her muscles being sore around her shoulder area and along the shoulder blade, and her arm in general. My thoughts are that possibly the contracting of the muscles in those areas during the tremors, especially when they are more frequent or intense may have something to do with the muscle pain.

Does anyone else experience this and/or am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance for advice and comments.
