Botox helped. It allowed me to go through PT, which improved my stability, posture, and body mechanics. I received my botox in October 2013 and have been in PT since. Now I go once every 3 weeks. I have an appointment w/ Dr. Donahue again at the end for February and I will be getting my second round of botox.
