I also took a food sensitivity test like that and came back sensitive to a lot of things including casein, the protein in dairy. Because I don't skimp on dairy, I thought I was onto something. I immediately stopped all dairy for several weeks and felt no difference at all...other than craving cheese.

I then started looking for into the testing more and realized the the science behind it (IgG antibodies) is controversial. I also read more about casein sensitivity and realized I had no normal symptoms of it. I can drink a huge glass of milk and feel absolutely fine.

I have no basis for saying one way or another whether the testing/diagnosis is valid or not, but you might want to do some reading just to understand the arguments.

Although eliminating all foods I was supposedly "sensitive to" did nothing for me, that doesn't it mean it won't help you. Everyone is different. If it's causing you to lose weight you can't afford to lose, though, be careful.
