Frown

Hi - I have a diagnosis of RA but I think it's in remission. I have an immune mediated small fiber neuropathy - still awaiting test results to see if they can pin it down more but it's right up both legs and arms now. So the fact that I haven't had a cold or flu or sick bug for a couple of years now interests me a lot too. The last time I got ill was when I was on a my highest dose of Methotrexate and suddenly had an awful cold, a sick bug and an ear infection in rapid succession. But since I've been off DMARDs again for 8 months (couldn't tolerate the 3 I tried) I never get sick - apart from with sleep deprivation and inflammatory nerve pain.

Lucky or unlucky? I guess every cloud has a silver lining but my cloud is more distressing and permanent than a cold!
