Capsaicin is really difficult to handle. Many here including me, just cannot do it. For people with "deeper pain" and not burning type PN pain, however, it seems to work, after a week or so.

Biofreeze is very good for plain burning pain. It will cool you down, quickly. Available on Amazon and iherb now. It used to be a trade secret for chiros and PT therapists, but now you can buy it less expensive on those outlets.

But for me now... I've moved past Biofreeze, with the Morton Epsom lotion. This gives the longest relief IMO.

The Biofreeze gel is better than the roll on as it gives a more dense application.
