When it comes to my university, as far as I know there aren't that many accomodations to be honest, but I am still looking into it, we'll see. Hopefully I can manage to pull through.
I guess I was looking more for long term changes in my life to help with daily living and to help me cope rather than a medication in the long term. Short term was OK but I don't really trust doctors that much. It all seemed too much like trial and error to me.

But.... big but, that is just me.

Many people find certain medications very helpful.

I understand what you mean about the difference between the rational fears and the irrational fears too.

I hope you persue the support option with your studies.
