hi starz,
sounds like it's time for a neuro appt. i hope he's a good doc and a good listener. if you don't have to pay seeing your pcp might also be a good first step. seems like you need to tell your primary just what you told us and have him help you to prioritize your problems, develop a care plan and something that's financially doable.
don't give up. keep advocating for yourself. is there someone you can take with you to help you advocate and get your points across?
