my new PCP is actually really, really great, with some experience with MS as well, making her awesome! The biggest problem is all the issues that have come along while waiting for the diagnosis.

I have a broken back with a bulging herniated disk, a bulging disk in my neck, tendonosis of 6 tendons across 2 ankles, tears to both ACL and MCLs in both knees, a partially torn rotator cuff in the left shoulder, a torn teres major (which while part of the rotator cuff it's towards the middle of the back and is the large muscle in the shoulder) tendonosis in the left hand... And then whatever is going on with the right shoulder now.

And those are also just the known injuries, who knows what else might be wrong that just can't yell loud enough over everything else, since I've not yet demanded a full body MRI . So that's a big reason why the PT just kind of looked at me, shrugged and pretty much tried a little bit of everything just trying to seek out a starting point.

The pain mgmt and PCP are both in the same boat. And even the ortho is on the fence on whether I could expect any improvement to risk surgery on any of the injuries. Which the foot could be an exasperation of ms or it could be that one of the tendons finally snapped to the point of requiring surgery.

But I believe I will call the neuro on Monday, just to see if they'll see me before May, or rather if they think they can actually do something aside from lending 'emotional' support. My friends and family provide that for free, what I need is physical support... A working body , or at least enough plastic, titanium, and nylon to fake it.
