I find as I return to exercising that weight lifting and running are out of the question still. However I have found that a stationary bicycle has been doing wonders! I usually follow that with some basic yoga moves and I have felt the best the last two weeks since I started doing this. Swimming is also really good exercise and not jolting of the head involved there
