Vitamin E comes in ten different forms. It would be wise to do some more research into your specific supplement type before you start taking high doses of this regularly. Also factor in your diet. I have found a figure of 1,000 mg or 1500 IU per day as a tolerable upper intake level. Definitely don't go above this number.
