Default Fusiform aneurysm monitoring

Hello everyone. My 30 year old husband has a fusiform aneurysm but the doctor after an angio says it's not the typical fusiform or berry aneurysm it's something he has never seen before its 4x4mm apparently and he thinks it shouldn't cause much issues as it isn't typically 'bulging' it's more smooth. He's told us to monitor it and coiling is not an option on wrapping by open surgery if God forbid need be. Right now he told us he thinks we are ok. What do I make of this? I have two small kids I am shaken up but more relaxed after the angio. The ct radiologist said on the ct it was 8 but they say an angio is much more accurate. I want to ask is anyone here been monitoring their aneurysm any success stories from monitoring ? Lots of love and hugs from the uk
