Be great to know people's thoughts on this
I'm not looking for a quick overall fix at all but a temporary boost would be great as while I'm improving cognitively bit by bit I still have a way to go and I have some unavoidable work deadlines imminent where I need to be definitely a bit more on my game than I am currently now.
Only caffeine in my diet at present is from cocoa powder so that you know.
The caffeine in the supplement is there mainly to boost the L-theanine it looks like but i could be wrong...
