Hello Friends

Been using a Tempurpedic mattress and pillows of roast few years and now thinking that this is all contributing to my morning neck and head pain. I am seeking input on what mattresses and most importantly - PILLOWS those of you with cervical spine pain, who have headaches and migraines also- use to alleviate this pain as best you can??
