Default earworm

1.5 yrs after TBI and now recently earworm, song stuck in head, any song i hear gets stuck and only way to get it out is to listen to music or talk to some one or heavy concentration. Deep controlled breathing and counting will alsos top it but that requires a lot of concentration.

Also recently started prickly skin little electric shots all over the body but it comes and goes. Sleep is crap, little but here and there, tinnitus remains, and weird thoughts when trying to sleep and have to sit up in bed to get my head sorted out. Vision problems seem to have got straightened out and no more vertigo but still have crunching in neck but lots of anxiety lately, like pain legs, muscles and even hot and cold like some chills. Hate to go in a hospital and start all this testing game stuff over and over. So much wasted money. And I am not into all these medications.

But happy to hear any comments. *admin edit*
