Heart ok to cry

Pam, you have had a ton of helpings on your plate. You hold it together andin..thensomething innocent affects you and gives your psyche permission to cry...instead in the middle of the move situations.

The bodies way to release stress is through crying. When I miss de, I think of her I can be OK, then I want to say something and the tears flow.....
I am taking Lexapro so my mind is notworking a mile a minute over things Ihave no control over...helps me to focus on my day...but it does not cure all the tears.

There are some biofeedback things I was taught for my Post tramatic stress;
tummybreathing for ten to twenty minutes a day, just relax and put your hand on your tummy, take deep breaths from there, not the chest. Don;t let your chest heave up and down, feel it low on the abdomin.

Another, visualize from your fingertips, up to arms to neck and shoulders, head, down to feet, up legs to chest, picture and feel them relax every inch.
If you have music to relax by great...Treat yourself everyday, this is actually better then many meds I take that I feel my body get rid of tightness, nausea, and actually feel OK, even ifthe tears come, I say ok 20 minutes and that is it.

Holding in stress and stressful events can shorten our lives.
So feel better, even if you cry.
