Welcome to NeuroTalk. Glad to hear you are improving. We have heard of the Carrick trained and certified chiro neuros (FN's) many times. Some see good benefit, others see no value at all after spending big bucks.
Most find that working out too vigorously is counter to recovery. Your experience is unique.
