I can relate to having a scare. I get those too.
Not speficately from a scar, but a scar all the same.
I agree about inspecting scared areas. My nuerologist is always telling me too keep an eye on mine. I have a 6" scar that runs down my forearm where a 4" plate was placed across my wrist that's been fused. It's never been infected yet, knock on wood.
