Well, baba, I do think you should see a doctor.

A sudden change in urinary continence can be due to spinal problems, one of which is called cauda equina syndrome which is considered an emergency.

Also multiple sclerosis may cause incontinence. Gabapentin may
cause urinary and/or fecal incontinence too.

With that spinal thing you have that showed up on MRI, it might be a factor too.

The PN may be a factor.

There is a new drug out that strengthens the urethral sphincter, and it may help. It is called Myrbetriq.
