However, if you are asking me if the dosing is 3 capsules for each dose, 3 times per day, then the answer is absolutely not. The starting dose is normally 3 capsules total per day. One capsule for each dose. You can eventually go up to 5 doses per day (1 capsule 5 times per day). To increase strength you would take higher mg doses, but not increase the frequency.
