Hi. After finding this forum very helpful when I was first diagnosed with PCS and reading it a lot during my low times I have now decided to ask for a little advice.
Here is a quick rundown of my story.....
On August 15 2014 I was involved in a high speed motorcycle racing accident. I still have no recollection of the crash I was knocked out for a good few minutes just coming around as I was being put into the ambulance. I was taken to hospital where I had a CT scan of my head which came back all clear. The following few days I was just wiped out, I spent the next few days in my bed. When I did eventually try to get up I could not stand for long periods and had real bad headaches. Couple of days later my dad took me back to hospital where they gave me yet another CT scan which again came back clear but with a lot of swelling on the brain !! And here is where I was told about PCS.... I suffered with headaches and dizziness up until about November of last year when eventually they stopped and I felt Normal. But about a week ago the headaches and dizziness have returned !! Is this normal for it to just return ? I'm obviously a little concerned that these symptoms have come back without anything to trigger them. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
