Hi, are you sure nothing has triggered your relapse, stress, alcohol, too much exercise might do it. I would take it easy and have plenty of rest, both physical and mental for a while to recover. PCS recovery isn't linear, it can be two steps forward and one back.

Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
