Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry to hear of your struggles.
It is not uncommon for concussion symptoms to return without any known cause. The recovering brain is very sensitive to a wide variety of triggers. Most relate to over-stimulation or too much activity.
It is not uncommon for one to think they are doing better and/or recovered and attempt to try some normal activities. Then, a day later, the world comes falling down.
Many here have experienced this situation.
