Help lump under tooth extraction site

Hello everyone,

I had a tooth extracted and a bone graft done the same day by an oral surgeon.
It has been six days since the operation and now I can feel a hard bump with my tongue under the tooth extraction site. It is not painful but I feel discomfort about it. What could it be? The tooth was removed because it was a baby tooth and it was probably it's time for it to go (I am 25) - also while the tooth was still in its socket I had a lump on the side of the gum under the tooth that was extracted. I am healthy and had done my blood work twice last 2 weeks and I don't have any medical or mental conditions. I have been following all of the email instructions (antibiotics and salt water rinse) . Should I contact the oral surgeon about this? Or is it a part of the healing process? The bump is right under the tooth extraction site (the bone that holds teeth). It was not there before the procedure.
