Hello everyone here is a more detailed version of the previous post,

I had a tooth extraction (baby tooth) and a bone graft done on the same day 6 days ago (Feb 24, 2015) by an oral surgeon. I did follow all of the printed instructions (ice 1st 24 hours, antibiotics every 8 hours, ibuprofen as needed for pain, and salt water after 24 hours every 3-4 hours for a week). Yesterday I found a bump under the bone right under the extraction site. It is not painful and it is not big but it is big enough for me to feel it and for me to find it with my tongue. I don't know what it is it is kind of hard (not soft), it does not move, and for some reason I think it is sharp under the skin.... maybe it is just me imagination... but I am 100% sure that I did not have that bump prior to tooth extraction/bone graft procedure. I am 25 years old, I don't have any serious or infectious diseases. I am a healthy person. I have done 2 blood tests 2 weeks ago and they all came up good (nothing is off). Should I call the surgeon's office and ask about this bump, or is it a part of the healing process?

Thank you,

Mark
