Maybe yes, maybe no.

I doubt any attorney will agree to represent you until they have an opportunity to evaluate your latest denial.

The point to start researching new attorneys now, is so that you won't end up with one only willing to do the bare minimum and not be any better off than you are with Binder and Binder. I would recommend that you only consider attorneys that would be willing to pursue your case at the federal court level, because you very well might be faced with that decision.

In the meantime, this might be your last opportunity to add new medical evidence to your file, and I highly recommend you take advantage of it.
