I think that anyone who thinks they've sustained a concussion or a 2nd concussion should have a check up with their doctor or at a hospital.

I'm aware that not everyone thinks that, but I do.

We can't tell you if you've sustained a concussion on the internet. At least if you're not feeling better soon, it would really be worth a check with your doctor and then it's on record as well.
