Hi Jones,
I agree with Danny that you need to stop playing sports until the Attacks subside, but it is going to take much more than that.
Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Fear of Fear, rarely goes away untreated, and feeds upon itself, making the situation worse. As you are finding this leads down the path to Depression, which further weakens your ability to cope with the Anxiety.
While there are techniques to help, with your background and as a starting point for anyone with there issues, I urge you to see your GP as soon as possible for a referral to a specialist.
You may be helped with Counselling, it may take meds, but leaving these conditions untreated invariably makes them much worse.
