Can you tell me where it is that your nephew is feeling the most pain? Left side, right side, front or back? And whether or not he has any abnormalities in his blood tests? I've been suffering from abdominal and pelvic pain for five years, and I've been to 27 docs and specialists. They haven't diagnose me yet, but I've picked up a lot of knowledge, and have done tons of research on my own. Maybe I've heard or read of something that might help explain your nephew's condition.
